This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the products and services we provide. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following warranty terms.

1. Warranty Coverage

ShakeHand Mobiles provides a limited warranty on all refurbished mobile phones and repair services. The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in refurbished devices.
  • Hardware malfunctions that occur under normal usage.
  • Parts replaced or repaired under our repair service.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period varies based on the product or service:

  • Refurbished Mobile Phones: 6 Months from the date of purchase.
  • Battery & Charger (if included): 6 Months from the date of purchase.
  • Repair Services: 6 Months from the date of repair.

3. What is Covered?

The warranty includes:

  • Malfunctions due to defective parts or improper refurbishment.
  • Screen malfunctions (excluding physical damage).
  • Charging and power issues.
  • Speaker, microphone, and connectivity problems caused by hardware failure.

4. What is NOT Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical Damage: Cracks, scratches, dents, or broken parts due to drops, impacts, or accidents.
  • Liquid Damage: Exposure to water or other liquids.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications.
  • Software Issues: Virus attacks, software corruption, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal Wear & Tear: Gradual battery degradation, cosmetic damage, or normal aging.
  • Accessories: Earphones, USB cables, cases, or other included accessories.

5. How to Claim Warranty?

To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof: Submit the invoice and a description of the problem.
  3. Ship the Device (if required): If necessary, we will provide shipping instructions for inspection.
  4. Inspection & Approval: Our technicians will inspect the device to verify the issue.
  5. Resolution: Based on the inspection, we will repair, replace, or provide an alternative solution.

6. Repair or Replacement Process

If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part free of charge.

If repair is not possible, we may replace the device with an equivalent model.

If the claim is not approved, we will notify you of any repair costs before proceeding.

7. Turnaround Time

Warranty service usually takes 2-3 business days from the date we receive the device. Delays may occur due to part availability or high service volumes.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShakeHand Mobiles is not responsible for data loss during repairs. Please back up your data before submitting a device for service.

The warranty does not cover incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

The maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

9. Voiding the Warranty

The warranty is void if:

  • The device has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized technicians.
  • The IMEI number, serial number, or warranty sticker is removed or altered.
  • The device shows signs of liquid exposure or physical damage.
  • Unauthorized software modifications (e.g., rooting or jailbreaking) are detected.
