• The IMEI/serial number on the device must match our records.
• Products purchased during promotional sales or marked as non-returnable are not eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Devices exposed to water, fire, or other liquids.
• Products with tampered serial numbers, IMEI stickers, or warranty seals.
• Devices with software modifications, rooting, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Return Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as a store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.
